K. Srinivas
Founder & Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant K.Srinivas served the Investment Department
of Unit Trust of India (UTI) and UTI Securities for two decades as he started his
career back in 1986.
As the former Head of Investment Banking at UTISEL, he was instrumental in creating
a niche for UTISEL in managing IPOs in the mid-cap segment and making it an industry
leader and the top choice Investment Banker in this segment.
A visionary with over 25 years of experience in financial services and a veteran in
the capital markets space; Srinivas started promoting Saffron Capital Advisors Private
Limited to pursue his area of interest in 2007, completing more than 55 IPOs.
His vision and vast experience across various functions is the driving force behind the
growth of Saffron. He has served as the Vice-Chairman of AIBI along with being a
Director on the Board of Association of Investment Bankers of India (AIBI) for the
last eight years.
